Effective Date: October 2025
This Privacy Policy explains what information https://pdfifypro.com/ (referred to as “PDFifyPro.com,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects from individuals who visit https://pdfifypro.com/ (the “Site”), download or use the PDFify Pro software, browser extension, and/or web application (the “Software”), and/or use our services (“User(s)” or “you”).
Please review this Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and maintain your information. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not visit the Site, download the Software, or use our services.
1. OVERVIEW AND INFORMATION COLLECTED
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Site and Software. We collect two types of information:
Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Information that identifies you, such as your name or email address (e.g., when you contact us).
Non-Personally Identifiable Information (NPII): Technical and usage information that does not identify you personally, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referral URLs, and general usage data (e.g., timestamps, feature usage).
As with many websites, the Site may automatically gather certain NPII to improve the Site and Software, customize your experience, and diagnose technical problems.
If we undergo a business transition (e.g., merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will post a prominent notice on the PDFifyPro.com homepage if ownership or control of your information changes.
2. COLLECTION OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (PII)
We collect PII when you voluntarily provide it (for example, via our Contact Us form or support email). Typical PII includes your name and email address so we can respond to your inquiries.
We do not sell, trade, or share your PII with third parties, except as described below:
With our Related Companies (principals, employees, officers, consultants, affiliates, and subsidiaries) as needed to operate, secure, and maintain the Site, Content, and Software.
With vetted service providers and consultants performing services on our behalf, such as:
Hosting, data storage, and security.
Customer support.
Analytics and error monitoring.
Fraud prevention and abuse detection.
Email delivery.
These providers are required to keep your information confidential and use it only to provide contracted services to PDFifyPro.com.
3. USE AND SHARING OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
We may use your PII to:
Respond to your requests and provide support.
Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Software.
Enforce our Terms and Conditions and protect our rights and users.
Comply with legal obligations.
We and our Related Companies may disclose PII when legally required (e.g., to comply with a court order or law enforcement request), to protect the integrity of our services, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.
4. NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (NPII)
The Site and Software may collect NPII, including IP address, device and browser information, operating system type, URLs and page metadata you interact with, feature usage (e.g., conversion/compression actions), and general diagnostics. We use this NPII to:
Operate and improve the Software and Site.
Understand feature performance and reliability.
Provide relevant content or offers.
Prevent fraud and misuse.
We may share aggregated or anonymized NPII with trusted analytics or infrastructure partners for the purposes above. This information does not identify you personally.
If you prefer to stop any Software-level collection described in this Section, you may uninstall or stop using the Software at any time (see Section 10 – Removal).
5. COOKIES / TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
The Site and Software use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., local storage) to enhance your experience, remember preferences, and collect usage statistics. Cookies are small text files stored on your device and cannot run programs or deliver viruses.

We do not tie any PII to cookies we set.
Third-Party Cookies
Some third parties (e.g., analytics or performance partners) may use their own cookies or similar technologies to collect NPII for analytics, performance, and security purposes. We do not control these cookies.
You may opt out of interest-based advertising from Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) members at: http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices. (You will still see ads, but they may be less tailored. Clearing cookies may remove opt-out preferences.)
6. WEB BEACONS
We may use web beacons (pixel tags) to measure Site usage and the effectiveness of campaigns. Web beacons help compile aggregate statistics and are not linked to PII.
7. SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES AND WIDGETS
The Site may include social features (e.g., “Like” or “Share” buttons). These may collect your IP address, the page you are visiting, and may set a cookie to function properly. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policies of the respective platforms.
8. SECURITY
We implement technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including firewalls, access controls, and encryption-in-transit where applicable. Despite our efforts, no security system is impenetrable, and transmission of information is at your own risk.
9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Site and Software are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect PII from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected PII from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
